Bella Systems is a company overseeing seven independently owned custom-closet locations. Its previous CRM stopped adding meaningful features to its CRM, and did not provide each location with its own independent user experience in an intuitive manner.

ClosetCRM also integrated directly with ClosetPro helping each location avoid duplicate data entry into the design system.

All activity rolls into headquarters’ dashboards, giving leadership real-time, brand-level insights across every location.

By unifying lead routing, ClosetPro design data, and systematic quote follow-ups in a single platform, the company has established a repeatable process that scales as new branches come online.
