Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across our web app. You’ll work on the UI, APIs, and database to ship improvements and fix issues.

  • Build and ship full-stack features (UI, APIs, database)
  • Maintain and improve existing code for reliability and performance
  • Debug issues across the stack and deliver fixes
  • Write tests and review code to keep quality high
  • Collaborate with product/design to scope and deliver work
  • Integrate third-party tools and services as needed
  • Document key changes and support smooth releases

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years building and shipping production web applications
  • Proficient in Python and Django
  • Experience operating in AWS
  • Familiar with queueing/worker systems and in-memory databases like Redis
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (e.g., React)
  • Experience building backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrating third-party services
  • Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), schema design, and performance basics
  • Comfortable working across the stack: UI → API → database debugging and fixes
  • Familiar with authentication/authorization (logins, roles/permissions)
  • Writes clean, maintainable code and reviews others’ code thoughtfully
  • Experience with testing (unit/integration) and shipping safely via CI/CD
  • Understands security basics (protecting customer data, handling secrets safely)
  • Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-moving team
  • Bonus: experience with SaaS, CRM/workflows, or integrations (e.g., payments/accounting tools)
